These terms do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act.

1. Payment:

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling. We accept payment through PayPal which is a secure process. For international customers PayPal will convert your currency. Items will not be despatched until payment is received.

2. Shipping:

Please note postal charge is added after you add an item to your basket. Carriage is undertaken by UK Royal Mail to all destinations. Proof of postage is obtained at time of posting. If you are resident overseas please e-mail for an international shipping quote. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred at entry point of the destination country.

3. Delivery:

Please add a message to your order if you have any particular requirements regarding delivery. We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, but please allow 7-14 days for your item to reach you (UK). Delivery overseas may take longer.

4. Returns:

We hope you will be happy with your purchase; however, we will exchange or refund any item provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail with all details of return and please note proof of postage is imperative at this stage as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility.

5. Products and their Care:

All products are handmade in the United Kingdom. Textile products are made from natural fibres, some vintage and as such should be taken extra care of. Claire A Baker cannot be held responsible for any item that is damaged due to undue care and attention of the customer. Laundering instructions are provided on all washable items; please follow given instructions and bear in mind that some small amount of shrinkage may occur on new natural fabrics.

6. Confidentiality:

Customer's contact details are held by us only to inform you of special events, offers and news from claireabaker.co.uk. We DO NOT pass on any details of any of our customers ever. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list please e-mail quoting 'unsubscribe' in the subject box.

7. Copyright:

Copyright of all products and images on this website is held by Claire A Baker and must not be reproduced without prior consent.

8. Disclaimer:

All products are handmade therefore may differ slightly from the illustrations though every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct on this website. Colours are as accurate as possible but please take into consideration slight differences in monitors.

9. Legal Construction:

These terms shall, in all respects be construed and operate as an English contract and in conformity with English Law. This contract is considered to be made in Stockton-on-Tees, UK and is between Claire A Baker and the purchaser.
